Service Level Agreement (SLA):
Waterfall guarantees a network and hardware uptime of 99.99% in any given month. If the uptime of your server falls below this threshold, you may request compensation by contacting us. We will investigate the circumstances and duration of the downtime.
If the downtime was solely due to an issue with our services and beyond your control, we may, at our discretion, credit your Waterfall account with an amount equivalent to the cost of the downtime. Any credit in your Waterfall account can be used for future purchases of our services.
Please note that any “free” services are provided without warranty and are not eligible for SLA compensation.
Please also note that planned downtime is not eligible for compensation. When downtime is planned, we will inform users in our Discord server, and status page at least 6 hours in advance of the downtime.
Waterfall disclaims all liability for any damage, loss, or destruction of data stored through the use of our services.
